First steps
Initial orientation to start working at Sabentis as a prevention technician: from the organizational structure to the operational modules.
In this guide
Before we begin
Sabentis organizes all preventive activity on a common basis: the organizational structure. Clearly defining companies, centers, locations, and positions is what gives coherence to the other modules (risks, PPE, measures).
The pillars of your work
Organizational structure
Companies, centers, places, and positions. The foundation upon which everything else rests.
risk assessment
IER/IPER: identifies hazards, assesses and defines measures, with AI support through images.
Planning of measures
It consolidates the measures from all modules for comprehensive monitoring.
Recommended step-by-step route
- Familiarize yourself with the organizational structure (companies, centers, places, positions): it is the foundation on which all modules are based.
- Start with the Risk Assessment (IER/IPER): identify hazards, evaluate them, and define measures. You can use AI-powered image analysis to support this.
- Connect your findings with the Comprehensive Measures Plan, where the measures from all modules are consolidated for monitoring.
- Incorporate the operational modules according to your activity: Inspections, PPE, Emergency Plans, Environmental Conditions, etc.
- Use the Worker Portal to report risks and instructions and collect signatures.
Quick tipDo not start with the operational modules without having the organizational structure finalized: well-defined positions and locations are what gives coherence to risks, PPE and measures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly should I begin?
Because of the organizational structure. Without well-defined positions and locations, the other modules lose coherence.
Can I assess risks from photographs?
Yes. Sabentis incorporates AI-assisted risk assessment from images, which you can use as a starting point for the IER/IPER.
Where do I track the measures?
In the Comprehensive Measures Planning, which consolidates the measures generated by all modules.
